The Almuñécar Councillor for Fiestas, Alberto Manuel 'Many Parties' García, together with the owner of Segral Brewing, Francisco Alonso Pérez, presented the Beer Fest for this weekend.

The Beer Festival Costa Tropical will be held on the 24th, 25th & 26th (Friday through to Sunday) in the Parque El Majuelo.

Councillor García said, “The event has become firmly established as a very European event, inspired in the traditional [German] beer festivals, but adapted to our open and multicultural spirit in this municipality.”

He added, “Three days to enjoy with the family and friend from noon to midnight, with concerts, food trucks and kiddies’ entertainment.”

The Brewery owner, Francisco Alonso Pérez explained that five other beer producers from Madrid and Extremadura are participating, providing a total of 40 beer taps of artesanal brews. There will also be plenty of food, thanks to the food trucks.
