An air-ambulance helicopter was used to fly a woman, who had been injured in a car crash, to a hospital in the city of Granada.
The victim ended up trapped in the wreck after leaving the road and had to be cut out by fire personnel from the Cádiar fire station.

The fire personnel had to work closely with paramedics so that the victim did not suffer further injuries removing her from vehicle, which had come to rest on its side.
The accident occurred in an area of difficult access around 12.00h today for reasons still unknown, or at least, made available to the public.
It’s not clear, either, if the victim had a passenger who did not require hospital attention thus did not required medical transport.
