Salvamento Marítimo fished a woman out of the sea in the early hours of yesterday, near the Funegirola marina.

The Emergencias 112 Andalucía received an alert and immediately mobilised the Helimer 220 helicopter and the Salvamar Alnitak rescue launch, locating the 26-year-old woman around 07.10h.

The rescue launch brought her to the Muelle de la Pesquería where an ambulance was waiting.
