There is a fire in the Lentegí area, which broke out yesterday afternoon but there is not much info on it. Infoca is also simultaneously dealing with fires in Huelva, Sevilla, Málaga and Córdoba.
During the course of yesterday, at one point there were as many as five helicopters working on the fire, two single-engine water bombers out of La Resinera fire-fighting base and five fire engines, supported by a mother tanker (nodriza) that keeps the other fire engines topped up with water.

As for boots on the ground, there have been eight teams backed by two specialist teams, as well as comms personnel, etc.
All aircraft were withdrawn with the coming of dusk but were back at dawn. The fire is described as “activo” according to their latest report on their Twitter account.
