The Sierra Nevada ski station will open the skiing season today, the 5th of December, owing to the recent snowfall.

The ski lifts, Telesilla Emile Allais, the learners’ carpet, Borreguiles and El Bosque will be operative.

As was the case last Saturday, the cable car Borreguiles will be running to connect the ski resort village of Pradollano with the Borreguiles Ski Slopes.

The snow-activities area below Telesilla Veleta will also be up and running (sledges and inner tubes) will be open to the public, as well.

Skiers will find slopes 1, 2, 5 & 7 open and more slopes will join them as soon as they become skiable as the snowfall continues.
