Alquería de Los Lentos in Nigüelas (Valle de Lecrín) is moving into high gear with the arrival of August.

Come August they will open every day; they had previously had two days’ rest a week, remaining closed on Monday and Tuesdays.

Now, on those two days, you can eat in the garden with dishes prepared on the garden’s grill. Don’t forget that there are vegetarian options available, too.

Furthermore, this summer they have two, very special events for which you can already book through the webpage The Fork: on the 4th of August, there will be a candle-lit, piano concert performed by Germán prieto and on the 19th of August, there will be an Ibizan dinner with afterparty.

Editorial comment: we’re off to Alquería on Sunday (already booked) for their pizza night. We went a week or so ago and thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas, even though, as a rule, I am not an Italian-food fan (pastas & pizzas).
