The XI Meeting Art Almuñécar was the concluding event within the Encuentro Internacional de Artistas Plásticos, which ran during the second half of this month.

The exhibition, which had been organised by Arte-Sur, was held in La Galería, which is on Calle Vélez, Nº2. Its Chairman, Paco Ariza, thanked the municipal Cultural Department for its collaboration.

Artists from four different countries as well as ones from other parts of Spain participated in this year’s exhibition:

Ottilia Szatmári (Hungary).

Local artists participating were Laura López Zárraga, Javier G. Montero, Helen Newman (Almuñécar) and Emilio Domínguez (Motril).
