Around 300 people gathered in the centre of Granada to protest against the obligatory use of Covid Certificates in order to enter restaurants and pubs.
The protest, which was held in front of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Andalucía (Plaza Nueva) had permission to take place.
It had been organised on social-media platforms by the Asociación Sevilla Son Sus Bares and lasted from midday (12.00h) to 14.00h.
The protesters were not limited to inhabitants of Granada, as members of associations in Málaga, Jaén and Almería also participated.
The chants and placards offered such slogans as, It’s All A Lie and Illegal Covid Passports.
Editorial comment: judging by the photo, none of them appear to be wearing masks, which, rightly or wrongly, is obligatory for outdoor use.
