The Junta PM, Juanma Moreno, announced changes that took effect this morning at 00.01h affecting maximum occupation in businesses, amongst other points.
The cultural/entertainment sector has been the most benefited with 100% occupation in most events.
Furthermore, processions will now be permitted, which should please those that participate in religious ceremonies. Schools and universities have also been permitted more flexibility.
These changes have been made because the whole of Andalucía is now on Level One meaning that theatres, cinemas and auditoriums can fill all their seats whilst maintaining as much space between people as possible. This 100% occupation covers both interior and exterior events.
The situation for restaurants and bars remains the same as far as table occupation goes; inside it’s eight whilst outside on terraces it’s ten. Customers can be served at the bar; i.e, sit at the bar to be served, as long as there is 1.5m between them.
