Granada City Restrictions

AND Alhambra OnLThe Junta de Andalucía has imposed restrictions on Granada and its metropolitan area after it reached 640 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

In these 31 municipalities around the city, gatherings will be restricted to six people in any commercial establishment and in outdoor sporting activity. This 6-person-max restriction already existed on social gatherings.

The other measure is that all hostelry and commercial establishments (bars, restaurants and shops) will have to close at 22.00h in the evening and cannot have over 50% occupation inside or out. Customers will not be able to use the bar space, either.

These restrictions will be in effect for 14 days starting at 08.00h tomorrow, Saturday the 17th.

There will be no restrictions on mobility; i.e. movement in and out of the city or affected municipalities.
