So, what do you get to enjoy besides music and dancing? Well, five delicious courses for a start, beginning with red peppers stuffed with seafood, followed by a half lobster served with two sauces. Then a Sherry consome, after which comes the pork loin with mushrooms and bacon. All rounded off by a Roulade with fruits of the forrest.
