The body of a man was found on a street in the north-eastern area of Motril on Saturday night with a head injury.
The body was found on Calle Cuartel de Simancas by a neighbour whilst out walkng around 23.00h, who immediately contacted the emergency services.
There were no other signs of injuries and it is presently speculated that the man hit his head after collapsing, informs the Policía Nacional.
The body has since been taken to the Instituto de Medicina Legal y Forense in Granada for an autoposy to determine the cause of death.
There is no further information available at the moment as to the name of description of the victim.
