The Asociación de Chiringuitos de la Costa Tropical announced the III Semana del Espeto de Almuñécar-La Herradura from the 10th to the 15th of June.

Obviously, it will only include establishments who do espetos (sardines on a stick) in Almuñécar and La Herradura – no, we haven’t been provided with list by the organisers.

You can get an espeto and a drink for five euros – how many sardines you get to an espeto will depend on the size on the fish. Bear in mind that the smallest are the tastiest, so don’t get fobbed off with a marine-dinosaur.
