Miguel and Ana run Frutos Secos Gordillo on Avenida Federico García Lorca in Salobreña, selling all kinds of nuts and lottery tickets, this time producing a winning ticket!

Thanks to a decimo (single lottery ticket) 800,000 euros has landed in the homes of some luck Salobreñeros.

But it’s not the first time because almost nine years ago on a different lottery system (La Primitiva) somebody landed almost 3m euros for some lucky blighter!

But this year was the last time because after a quarter of a century they’re retiring – that’s 25 years at seven days a week, so it is a well deserved retirement.
