The first English-language film of the season at the Almuñécar Casa de la Cultura will be on Tuesday the 2nd, entitled, The Crooked House.

Starring Max Irons, Glenn Close, Julian Sands, Terence Stamp and Stefanie Martini, this Agatha Christie plot will have everybody guessing.

Synopsis: Although Aristide Leonides died at 85, it was not a natural death; the autopsy reveals that Leonides was poisoned with his own eserine-based eye medicine….

All the family members had motive and opportunity, none has an alibi; and each of them stood to gain a healthy slice of the old man’s estate.
