Everyone knows about the huge firework display in August, but did you know that there is also the Virgen del Carmen celebrations on July 16th on Cotobro Beach in Almuñécar? The fiesta includes a firework display which is quite a sight to see.

So, where can you get a really good view of this event? Sabina’s of course! But you had better book very early as tables will be getting snapped up before you can say, “fire cracker!”

Sabina and the team will be preparing a special menu for the event, starting with a Shrimp Cocktail, followed by Sole in Orange Sauce or Sirloin in Roquefort Sauce, finished off with a Pear Helene.

The menu comes with half a bottle of wine per person and you get the whole lot for just 18 euros! What a bargain… especially as you get to watch the fireworks as well.
