A resident of Padul (Valle de Lecrín) had to be hospitalised after being knocked down by her own car.

The 31-year-old woman had forgotten to apply the handbrake, with the result that it ran into her as she walked off, causing injuries of sufficient gravity for her to be hospitalised.

The Policía Local and an ambulance were dispatched after 112 received a call from a witness to the accident.
