The Court of Instruction Number 1 in Jaén has dismissed the case against L.C.P., former mayor of Guadahortuna, accused of growing marihuana.

The court found that there are insufficient grounds to attribute two marijuana plantations in the municipality of Cabra de Santo Cristo to him.

The Guardia Civil based in Úbeda had spent three days staking the plantations out before arresting the 68-year-old ex mayor, along with two other individuals
