Who is the idiot or idiots responsible for further reducing the parking places on the La Herradura beach road?

From Restaurante Gaviotas all the way along to the end of the beach by Chambao Vicente they have placed upright railway sleepers so there is now absolutely no parking on the beach side of the road.

Earlier this year they put these same ugly upright sleepers along the middle section of the beach but they put them so near the edge of the road that only small cars can park face on to the beach and all vans, large cars and campervans have to park parellel to the road taking up twice the space.

Who could have possibly believed that these vertical sleepers, along the whole length of the beach, are an attractive look and enhance the beach in any way?

We all know that during July, August and September and nearly every weekend parking is at a premium in La Herradura; now they have further reduced that parking. If they are not careful, people will stop coming to La Herradura and will go elsewhere where parking is easier.
