The municipal maintenance crews in Torrecuevas, Almuñécar, have been out cleaning up the road verges of the A-4050 (Cabra road), cutting back the vegetation, etc.

The Town Hall points out that this task is really the responsibility of the Junta de Andalucia, but after repeated requests made by the residents of the barrio Almuñequero and the failure on the part of the Regional Government to act, the Town Hall decided to step in.
