Products on show at the fair were: olive oils, cured hams, cheeses, wines, liceurs (sin/con), lamb, vegetable preserves, sauces, jams, ice creams, frozen products, cold meats, croquettes and chirimoya derivativies, some coming from all over Europe.
The Provincial Council had a 150-sq/m stand called Sabor Granada there hosting products from all over the province. Within the stand there were 22 individual stalls for companies putting on display a total of 239 products from the province.
This was an imporant event in the agriculture-food sector, hosting 1,630 exhibitors showing 40,000 products. And this is where the contacts are made, with special interest from US distribution companies, because there were 120 importers from 30 different countries looking for products. As for visitors, we’re talking about some 85,000.
