It’s not the first time that we have reported on a waterspout just off Almuñécar’s beaches but this time the phenomenon appears to have made the national news.

Almuñequero, Manuel Rodrigo, snapped off a shot and posted it on social media, which was picked up by a private, national TV channel, La Sexta, as well as Antena 3, which showed it on their weather forecasts spots, after the midday news.
