The Salobreña Town Council has just approved a change of land category for the Bodega Calvente‘s project on a 4,000m plot.

The said plot is on the N-340 and appears to be (not confirmed) the old rum factory which is more or less opposite Hotel Miba. Whatever the case, it is on the north side of the road in that general area.

The reason that Horacio was keen on Salobreña is that he needs good communication between his Valle Rio Verde set up and the vineyards he owns up in Padul and Cozvíjar, amongst other locations.
