Almuñécar’s Juventudes Musicales’ Choir is pleased to confirm that it’s time to hang up hats, slap on the sun cream and don the bathing suits! But just before we officially sign off for the summer, we have a couple of treats in store for you at the Casa de la Cultura.
Starting with Thursday 9th June from 8pm, we will be joining up with ARS XXI Choir and Coral de Padre Manjón from Granada, when we will perform a line-up of both traditional and unconventional works, all set to stimulate the senses here in Almuñécar.
The following week, on Tuesday 14th June, we will also be taking part in the Concierto Sexitano at the Casa de la Cultura. This will be a celebration of some of the wonderful talent we have in this unique town, both local and imported! The choir has been invited to participate, as it typifies that special blend that exists here, combining the best of both native and foreign talent and spirit. It’s enough energy and emotion to produce Almuñécar’s very own Hymn.
For both events, tickets are directly available from the Casa de la Cultura, even on the night. But just to be sure, pop in to select your best seats now. We’ll be thrilled to see you there to bring in the summer together in style!
