A 31-year-old father in Málaga was arrested for leaving his 7-year-old daughter in a car whilst he went for a drink.

The child was sleeping when he left her but when she awoke, she left the car, crossed the 3-laned street and went to the bar, but it was closed.

At this point she burst into tears and asked a passerby for help, who alerted the police.
