Restaurante El Chaleco in Almuñécar is the only restaurant on the Costa Tropical to have been awarded the Michelin Guide, Bib Gourmand.

Situated at the top of Avenida Costa del Sol at number 37, Rest. El Chaleco enjoys renown for its classical French cuisine. Rather than resting on their laurels, they decided to completely renew their menu recently along those classical lines.

Keeping to their own high standards, all dishes are prepared in their own kitchen, including bread and dessert selections.

The restaurant has a pleasant classical decor with tasteful modern touches, which together with excellent service, provides a tranquil and elegant ambiance.

It goes without saying that bookings are essential, especially with the upcoming Special St. Valentine’s Menu from 12th – 14th February. Remember there are only eight tables available in El Chaleco.
