Almuñécar’s Majuelo Park will be the venue next weekend (12th/13th) for the IV Trofeos Internacionales de Baile Combinado Salsa and Chachachá.

The announcement was made by the Mayor, Trinidad Herrera Lorente and the Manager of the Departamento Municipal de Baile at the Torremolinos Town Hal, Beatriz Bustos.

The Spanish Championships inauguration ceremony will take place on Friday at 22.00h. After that, the competition, which includes, waltzes, tango, and two-step (pasadobles) will commence.

There are three age groups: 30 – 50’s, 50 – 60’s and over 60’s.

Once they’ve all danced their socks off we have the IV Trofeo Internacional de Chachachá, with categories fro 50 down to under 12’s.

The entrance fee for the park on the night(s) is five euros in certain establishments in Almuñécar and La Herradura or the Town Hal. If you buy you ticket at the gate it will cost you seven euros instead.
