The Motril Town Hall has made a room in the Municipal Sports Centre available for indoor archery practice this winter.

The Club de Tiro con Arco de Motril, who once again have won the Andalusian championships, will put it to good and grateful use.

The Motril team, Ángel Maldonado, José Castro and Jesús García, took part in the championships (recurve bow) at the beginning of September and came out tops.

Archery might not be a popular sport around these parts, but in Motril at least, top bowmen are putting this sport on the map.
