Nobody celebrates El Día de la Cruz on the Costa Tropical or inland Granada like Motril, and this years, there’s an extra festive day.

Motril will be humming from the 1st to the 4th of May with fifty Cruces dotted around the municipality and a 16-float parade, and some of these floats are amazingly decorated.

The official municipal Cruz will be set up in the Plaza de España from midday on the first day. There will be live musical performances and fairground attractions in the Plaza de la Matraquilla.
