In the last Town Council meeting municipal land was earmarked for the building of a helicopter.

According to the Councillor for Health, Nuchi Moreno, the heliport, which will be located next to the existing medical centre, will be used by the Empresa Pública de Emergencias Sanitarias de Andalucía.

Up until now the municipal football ground has served as a temporary heliport for emergency helicopter landings.
