Almuñécar Shopkeepers Inspired

Such was the success of the shopping nights during the summer – there were three such nights all told – that they are thinking about cooking up something new for Christmas and upcoming bank holidays.

With this in mind, local businesses in the commercial town centre had a meeting in the Casa de la Cultura to come up with new ideas – the Shopping Nights opened the door and they don’t intend to rest on their laurels. They want to get together with the hotel and hostelry sectors of the town to work on a joint project.

Whatever they decide upon, it won’t be more Shopping Nights, despite their great success – that’s a summer thing. So far, they’re keeping their cards close to their chests on possible ideas, but watch this space when the winter sales begin.
