Using Municipal Showrooms

Artists who are interested in exhibiting their work in Nerja municipal galleries/showrooms during 2013 have until the last day of this month to put in a request.

For example, if you want to use La Ermita (market exhibition hall) or the one in Calle Cristo between January and June, you have to fill out a form on which you will find the accompanying conditions. You can find the form at the Concejalía de Cultura, in the Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano as well as in the Centro Cultural Villa de Nerja. If you’re feeling pretty 21st Century about this kind of thing, you can download it from the municipal webpage.

Gema García commented “The exhibition halls are free space that the Concejalía de Cultura makes available to artists so that they can exhibit their works.” She also points out that just about everybody that has used one of these exhibiting venues has been pretty chuffed with the flow of visitors and how the halls work in general.
