The Asociación de Madres y Padres del Colegio Público Las Gaviotas (La Herradura) will have their own office/storage space for the coming school year 2012/2013.

The First Councillor for La Herradura, Juan José Ruiz Joya, who is keen, like too many politicians, to be included in photographs, said, “This has been a long-running request by the parent association and one that we have now been able to provide, giving office space within the school. It provides somewhere to attend to parents without using up much needed space within the school.”

The office, which is situated down the side of this infant school, has an area of 25 sq/m and is being built by Town Hall maintenance staff.
