The annual puppet-theatre festival began in La Herradura last night, opening at 22.00h in the Plaza Nueva. The opening performance of the XIII Festival deTiteres was Tutancarton-Peneque el Valiente, written by Miguel Pino.

The festival, which is a much-beloved event for kiddies, continues on to Saturday the 6th and is completely free.

Tonight’s show is entitled Peneque y la Planta Carnivora and will be performed by the same puppet-theatre group as last night.
