And yet more local politics in the form of our new best friend, Sr. Rufino Eugenia. His latest complaint is regarding the care of the beaches in Salobreña, which play a major role in attracting tourism.

He has been having another go at Sr. Gustavo Aybar, this time accusing him of conducting a ‘smear’ campaign against him. From here, it seems to us that Sr. Aybar needs no help from us in making him look pretty miserable.

Anyway, more squabbles are ensuing, with each party accusing the other of misbehaviour. Does anybody else think that local elections might just be looming large in the not-too-distant future?
