The Great Zone Project has now taken a step forward. It’s a plan to develop the area between Salobreña and Motril, with a shopping mall, hotels and all sorts of things that should help the local economy. Local planning permission is on the cards. Early days, although inside information tells me that the nod has been given by the Junta. Watch this space.
