Humanity Unites Brilliance (HUB) is an organization and humanitarian business model, whose mission is to move all people of the world from survival to self-sustainability.
On a worldwide scale, the HUB model is feeding and educating 16,500 people a day, providing water for 55,000 and sustained abundance for 88,000 with over $1.5 million being allocated to their impact groups in the last 18 months.
Humanity Unites Brilliance was founded December 2007 by Charlie Gay following an incident where he was asked by Nelson Mandela to help provide food for 500,000 Mozambicans and found that the only way he could do it in the timescale he had, was to pool the resources of profit-making organizations. As a result, he realized the non-profit model of giving is clearly limited, particularly in a recession when the charitable donations are the first thing to fall.
