There as been plenty of rain inland and on the coast, and plenty of snow up on Sierra Nevada, so much so that parked cars on the road up to, and within the Pradollano ski resort, are just curious mounds of snow.

Pupils Trapped on Sierra Nevada

A total of 49 pupils and four teachers from IES Historiador Chabàs (Dénia, Alicante)) were trapped for two days in a mountain refuge on Sierra Nevada.
