Saved by The Rain

Infoca declared the Sierra Bermeja fire under control and were proceeding to put it out at 06.45h on Tuesday – the overnight rain had tamed the fire.

One of the Infoca helicopters fighting the Sierra Bermeja fire suffered a flying accident but fortunately, everybody got out alive.

Infoca ordered that the municipality of Genalguacil be temporarily evacuated at 09.44h yesterday morning because of the Sierra Berja fire.
