Underage Driver Hits Cyclists

On the 14th of November the Guardia Civil began an investigation into an underage teen driver who managed to knock over two cyclists.

Four youngsters were arrested for pointing a shotgun at other drivers on an autovia in Cantabria in the north of Spain.
