The body of a man was discovered floating just off a beach within the municipality of Castell de Ferro yesterday afternoon.

The Motril law courts have just found a volunteer from the Proteccion Civil guilty of retaining a parcel of drugs that he had found floating in the water off a beach. He was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment, which is suspended.
