Am rushing to finish the Monday 8am deadline for the printer, which, barring major disasters, shouldn’t be a problem. Consequently, we will be out on the 1st of June. Tourist Office Opening Hours

Just a quick reminded that the Salobrena Oficina de Turismo is operating under new opening times, which are as follow: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 15:00h and in the afternoon from 16:30h to 20:00h.

Beach Area Expropriation

The Town Hall has given the head to expropriate 350,000 sq/m of land near the beach because after a decade the landowners could not come to any accord amongst them.
Cake Intake Mistake

Seven youngsters ended up in hospital after eating a cannabis-laced cake. The girl who cooked it, who also needed medical attention, was not held in custody but released pending trial, although the judge decided soon after to drop the charges.
