A pedestiran was knocked over near the entrance of Málaga Airport after attempting to cross in a dangerous place.

The 30-year-old victim, had not long landed and was accompanied by a group of friends when he was hit.

The accident took place a little before 10.37h, which was the time that the Emergency Coordination Centre, 112, received an alert call.

They despatched the Policía Local and a 061 ambulance. The paramedics treated him for a fracture in his left leg, as well as other injuries, in prepartion for transporting him to the nearest hospital.
