A woman has been seriously injured in an accident at the Málaga bus station, after a bus went over her legs.

The incident occurred yesterday at 07.42h. According to a witness, the woman was hit by the Málaga-Ronda bus, whilst it was manoeuvering into the parking bay for its platform. 

It appears that the bus knocked her off her feet and then rolled over her legs, causing multiple fractures. She was immediately rushed by ambulance to the Hospital Regional. 

Obviously, the accident is undergoing investigation with CCTV footage examined and statements from witnesses to clarify the circumstances.
