My computer updated itself over night, which logged me out of facebook and I can no longer get in again.
I wasted about half an hour trying to get back on but gave up in the end. Consequently, I can’t upoad these articles onto Facebook.

However, we have been using Bluesky, which is a twitter-like platform in its configuration, but has the advantage of no being owned by a lunatic.
So, you can follow us by clicking on the link to our account , if like me, you’ve grown too exasperated to want to bother with facebook anymore.
Hope you’re having a better day than me!

The ridiculous thing about the ringmarole of signing into facebook is that trendier youngsters have long since abandoned facebook, leaving it to old foggies, like myself… and then facebook goes and makes it an Olympian challenge to log on – way to go to push users away from your social-media platform. I won’t even go into how many of Gazette articles linked to facebook have been taken down by an algorithm as spam (attempting obtain likes).
Off with their collective pods!

This happened to my hubby yesterday. You won’t believe the language coming from him. Every time I asked what was wrong. He said ‘Nowt’
Good luck
