It's been a month since the blackout that left all of Spain without electricity. The reason, as the Spanish government itself claims, is unknown, at least not publicly.
What has been pointed out on several occasions is that one of the first incidents that triggered the electricity crisis occurred in Granada.

Provinces such as Badajoz and Seville have also been pointed out, but without providing further clarity from the Government on the matter.
Although naming the province, the Goverment hasn’t been more specific despite insistence from the press. The only think we know is that it was a substation, but again, Government official won’t be more precise.
So, here we are one month after the national outage on the 28th of April, none the wiser as why it happened.
