Padul Town Hall, together with ANEPA, has made a formal claim before Endesa about the multiple micro powercuts experienced within the municipality.
Local businesses put their names down on a signature collection to accompany a reclamations form, demanding the necessary changes to Endesa installations in the town to sort out the problem.

Endesa has replied that anybody can file a claim for a domestic appliancy that no longer works after a power cut/surge. However, they will have to supply a purchase receipt of the damaged product.
It is always important to phone in to Endesa on 900 858 685 to complain if there is a blackout; the more complaints; the more motivation there is to do something about it.
The Mayor has said that if Endesa ignores their petition, the Town Hall will continue to get onto them.
