The young man from Salobreña who had gone missing in Dublin, Ireland, has been found, safe and sound.

This news was reported by friends and family on social media first and then picked up by local press, like ourselves.

The police tracked Julián García Pérez down to Birmingham, over on mainland Britain; this was thanks to the careful analysis of footage from street CCTV images, as well as from traffic cams.

There is no information available about why he ‘disappeared’ or how he had ended up in Birmingham. He will, however, soon be reunited with this family, who had travelled to Dublin to coordinate with, and assist, the Garda Síochána in their investigations
