The first Salón Inmobiliario de la Costa Tropical will take place on the 15th in Almuñécar's Casa de La Cultura from 10.00h to 15.00h.

The event is organised because the real-estate market on the Costa Tropical is growing, with both Spanish and foreign buyers, according to the event organiser, BNI Vanguardia.

Over 30 businesses will attend, including, real-estate agents, interior designers, lawyers, architects, building companies and tourism services, offering an ample variety of options and services for visitors to the event.

Simultaneous translations will be handled by TCL Idiomas (Almuñécar) and the whole event will be posted on Youtube for those unable to attend.
