The Motril Airshow that was originally planned for the 21st of June but postponed until September the 27th has been definitevely cancelled for 2020.

The XV edición del Festival Aéreo Internacional de Motril will be sorely missed this year as it is one of the biggest attractions that Motril has on Playa Poniente.

The Motril Mayor thanked the Chairman of the Asociación Aeronáutica Andaluza Orión, José Miguel Pérez Juárez, for their efforts to keep the possibility of an airshow during 2020 alive and expressed her encouragement for the association to organise the 2021 one, which will remain as the XV Annual Motril Airshow, albeit on the 16th year.
